Competencies
1.  Interpret knowledge of public health problems pertinent to disadvantaged populations and health system and develop solutions through assessment, planning, management, implementation and control.
2.  Apply concepts and principles of management and finance to the operation of health system projects in resource-poor settings. 
3.  Analyze and synthesize data relevant to the management and control of health systems problems and their solutions within resource-poor settings. 
4.  Apply appropriate research methods (quantitative, qualitative, mixed-methods) to assess health systems outcomes of interest of a policy, program, or intervention
5.  Formulate learnings and findings related to health systems problems, their gaps, potential solutions, and implementation across various context.
