Faculty Diversity Initiative
Diversity and inclusion are fundamental to the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health’s mission of promoting health and reducing inequality locally and around the world. Our commitment to diversity and inclusion means attracting exceptionally talented faculty from a breadth of backgrounds and experiences and sustaining a campus culture where all faculty can be successful. As an initial step, we are focusing on under-represented minority faculty but expect that our efforts to promote a more inclusive environment will benefit all groups.

JHSPH has successfully leveraged all of these opportunities to increase diversity in our School. Learn more about these opportunities under the Faculty Diversity heading here.
The National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD)
The National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity is an independent professional development, training and mentoring community dedicated to supporting academics in making successful transitions throughout their careers. Membership is free for JHSPH faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and students.
