The Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology is located in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Wolfe Street Building.

Students and faculty routinely take advantage not only of our close proximity to the entire medical campus here at Johns Hopkins, but also of the many activities offered by the city of Baltimore.

We are a short walk to the Johns Hopkins Hospital, the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, and the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Within walking distance you will also find the quaint Fells Point neighborhood, where many students and faculty socialize on weekend nights.

Baltimore is also home to many sporting and cultural opportunities such as the Baltimore Orioles, our Major League Baseball team, and the historic Charles Theater, which shows popular films year round.

Before you visit, be sure to learn more about what life is like in Baltimore, including the many unique neighborhoods in the area.
