Student Accounts and Business Services
We ensure accuracy in billing of tuition and fees while delivering excellent customer service.
The Student Accounts and Business Services office handles billing and collection of student tuition and fees as well as enrollment in the School's student insurance programs. Students can access account information and make payments any time using the School's Student Information System (SIS), or reach out to office staff for help with enrollment, billing questions, and other financial matters.
Billing, Payments, and Refunds
Students with a JHED logon ID can easily pay bills online, review statements, and get other account information in SIS. Tuition payments can also be made via paper check, bank wire, or tuition remission. Learn more about due dates, third-party payments, international payments, payment policies, and refunds.
Non-degree Program Enrollment
Registration for non-degree and continuing education courses at the Bloomberg School, including Institutes, is handled through the Office of Continuing Education Student Services (CESS).
All students enrolled in a full-time degree program are required to have health insurance and are automatically enrolled in the Wellfleet Student Health Plan. Students with a waiver option can waive enrollment in Wellfleet with proof of alternate comparable coverage. For more details, please visit Health Benefits and Insurance.
