I will be graduating in December 2023. When will my degree post to my transcript?
We expect degrees for December 2023 graduates to post to transcripts by mid-January. Students may access unofficial transcripts through SIS Self-Service. Requests for official transcripts must be placed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
How will I receive my diploma?
All diplomas are mailed directly from the vendor and will be mailed to the Diploma Address listed in SIS Self Service under Personal Info -> Summary as of the time the order is placed (diplomas will be shipped to the BSPH Office of Records & Registration in the event no Diploma Address is provided). Orders are placed about one week after the conferral date. Diplomas shipped to domestic addresses take 6-8 weeks to arrive and 8-12 weeks for international addresses. Graduates will receive an email from the vendor when their diploma has been mailed.
Students with running balances or financial holds will have their diplomas held with the vendor. Students should submit a case to SEAM once the balance is paid and/or hold is lifted to request the release of their diploma.
I will be earning a certificate this Fall. When will it post to my transcript?
Reported certificate completions for Fall 2023 are expected to post to transcripts by late January. Students may access unofficial transcripts through SIS Self-Service. Requests for official transcripts must be placed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

I plan on graduating in May 2024. When will the graduation application be available?
The graduation application is currently available in SIS Self-Service under Registration -> Program of Study Info. The submission deadline is February 24, 2024.
I submitted my graduation application. Will I receive a confirmation of submission?
Yes, but not in real-time. The confirmation will be sent to the Commencement E-Mail Address when the overnight system jobs run.
