The Office of Records and Registration is the student and alumni resource for information about Bloomberg School course registration, enrollment verification, academic records and transcripts, examining committees, graduation, and official documentation such as Bloomberg School transcripts.

2nd Term 2024-25 Registration Period
April 15, 2024 - October 22, 2024

Add Period for 2nd Term 2024-25
Wednesday, October 23 - Tuesday, October 29 (for full term courses only)

Drop Period for 2nd Term 2024-25
Wednesday, October 23 - Tuesday, November 5 (for full term courses only)

Last Day to Make Schedule Changes for 2nd Term 2024-25 (Course withdrawal deadline)
Friday, December 6 (for full term courses only)

Incomplete Contract Period
Saturday, December 7 - Friday, December 20, 2024
Incomplete Grade Contracts for 2nd Term 2024-25 courses can be initiated in SIS Self-Service.  

3rd Term 2024-25 Registration Period
November 11, 2024 - January 20, 2025

Log in to My.PublicHealth for forms and documentation related to:

  • Course registration
  • Pass/fail, add/drop, and course auditing
  • Enrollment certification
  • Loan deferments

 

Transcripts and Official Documents

Find information on obtaining transcripts online, in person, or through the mail. Alumni can also find out how to obtain Bloomberg School Apostilles for international certification, degree verification, duplicate paper diplomas, and Certified Electronic Credentials.

Veterans Benefits

The Bloomberg School is honored to be approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission for the training of veterans and the widows and children of deceased veterans.
