Andrea is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Public Health Innovation & Action (Phia), a public health consultancy committed to making meaningful impact through research and programs to improve the health of communities. Andrea is a behavioral scientist whose work over the last 20 years has focused on the role of social and structural factors on the health outcomes of marginalized population groups. Her career in public health has included working in government, academia, and healthcare institutions in settings around the world including the U.S., Latin America, Africa, and Europe.
