When will I lose access to my JHED/school email?

Your JHED ID will deactivate 180 days after graduation. For more information about your JHED ID and Microsoft 365 account, please visit this site.

Please note: our office does not manage your JHED ID, questions about this should be directed to alumniemail@jhu.edu.

When will I gain access to my alumni email account?

After graduation, you will receive an email from University Alumni Relations with instructions to set up your alumni email address. We recommend setting up your alumni email address prior to JHED ID deactivation. For more information about your alumni email address, please visit this site.

How long can I access career services support after graduation?

Access to Career Services support is always available to alumni. Email BSPH.Careers@jhu.edu to set up an appointment with a Career Services representative today.

What if I have questions about my transcript/diploma?

Diplomas are mailed directly to alumni approximately one month after graduation. For more information about diplomas, please visit this site, browse the frequently asked questions, or reach out to SEAM.

For transcripts, please reach out to records and registrations and complete the form found on this site.
