Nonprofit 360—An Engage Baltimore Project
In collaboration with SOURCE, each year the Office of External Affairs provides capacity-building assistance to the professional staff of a small cohort of Baltimore city organizations through a one-day intensive training and yearlong mentoring program in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communications, and board development.
SOURCE-partnering, community-based organizations are eligible to participate if they primarily serve Baltimore residents and have a minimum of two full-time-equivalent staff members dedicated to fundraising and marketing/communications. Applications open in early fall of each year. Please contact our Office for information.
