Paul E. Spector, PhD

Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Department of Psychology, University of South Florida

Paul E. Spector teaches executive Doctor of Business Administration students in the Muma College of Business, University of South Florida, and he is an organizational science contractor at Tampa General Hospital. He is an emeritus Industrial-Organizational (I-O) psychology distinguished professor at USF. He has been noted in Indiana University and Stanford University studies as among the 10 most influential management researchers worldwide. His I-O textbook is now in its eighth edition.
