Dr. Heyjun Park, PhD, RD, is a nutritional scientist with extensive expertise in nutrition, physiology, molecular biology, genetics, epidemiology, and data science, developed through her PhD studies in the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University (Minors: Epidemiology and Genomics) and postdoctoral research in the Genetics Department at Stanford University School of Medicine.
