Join us for a special Johns Hopkins Center for Humanitarian Health event to discuss the recent devastating earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria. The 7.8-magnitude earthquake and numerous aftershocks that struck near the border between Türkiye and Syria on February 6 have caused massive damage to multiple towns and cities with a daily increasing death toll in the tens of thousands.
A panel of Johns Hopkins faculty and students will provide their insights on the impact of the earthquakes from their professional and personal perspectives.
