Experiences & Accomplishments
The Bartlett lab focuses on host and viral factors in neurotropic viral disease, post acute viral syndromes (PAIS), RNA persistence and clearance from immune privileged zones. Utilizing multimodal sequencing and systems biology, we explore the resilience of immune systems to viral infections to investigate links between acute and post-viral illnesses, particularly in individuals with genetic connective tissue diseases.
