Overview

Milly Nakatabira uses research and technical expertise to address key issues for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights for women, children, and adolescents within health systems in low-resource settings. 

Milly Nakatabira focuses on strengthening health systems in low and middle-income countries to particularly address the reproductive and sexual health needs, preferences, and rights of women, children, and adolescent girls most affected by gender inequality. Her work has been mainly in reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH), and in adolescent HIV prevention. Milly has worked as a consultant at UNICEF in adolescent HIV prevention, a monitoring and evaluation officer for USAID-funded adolescent HIV prevention programs under CARITAS in Uganda, and a Research Assistant at Catholic Relief Services in Uganda.
