Nicole Fowler, PhD, MHSA, is a health services researcher and implementation scientist whose overarching focus is on behavioral and other nonpharmacologic approaches to support dementia care and family caregiving. Dr. Fowler’s research is focused on the development, testing, and comparison of evidence-based and patient-centered interventions that improve the quality of care for older adults with Alzheimer’s disease and their family caregivers, in particular medical decision-making interventions to support family caregivers.
