Join the IDARE Office for this interactive workshop to explore strategies to increase student diversity in graduate programs in a post-affirmative action landscape. We will articulate common barriers to access experienced by students from underrepresented groups (URGs) and discuss ways to develop more inclusive and holistic admissions processes.
