As part of theresearch@BSPH Ecosysteminitiative, we have launchedGrants360– a series of sessions, panelsand workshopsto enhance our research communitys pursuit of grant funding. Thesesessions are devoted to exploring a specific funding mechanism, for which there is notably less awareness than traditional NIH R01 grants, with a panel of successful awardees.Our premise is that by hearing how individuals have successfully developed a proposal for a specific funding mechanism, others can learn and leveragethis experience to the benefit of the broader community.     

We are hosting a panel of recipients of funding from the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) and are inviting you to participate in the discussion. Ongoing research initiatives at BSPH align well with PCORI’s mission and research investment; however, the number of PCORI-funded investigators is relatively low. PCORI funds studies that can help patients and those who care for them make better-informed healthcare decisions.
