About the Event
Calling all HBS foodies! Ever wish you could combine your passion for food AND public health?
Now's your chance! Translate your public health research or practice work into a culinary creation to share at this year’s HBS Bake Your Research and Practice Day.
Not culinarily inclined? No problem. Join us for a free, HBS-sponsored, catered lunch and prize ceremony as we celebrate (and sample) our community’s creations.
How to RSVP
We've designed this event for HBS community members, so only HBS affiliates (HBS students, HBS staff, and HBS faculty) may register for and participate in this event.
Bakers and non-bakers must RSVP through this form by Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Please note that members of baking teams should still submit their own, individual event RSVPs.

Please feel free to transport your dish using a container that works best for you. Participants will be able to drop off their dishes before the event in Hampton House, B-14, starting at 10:30am. Following the event, we’ll provide takeout containers for those who wish to take dishes home with them.
Is there anything else we should know?
We’re asking that all participants create an ingredient list to display beside their dishes. However, we can’t guarantee the accuracy of all participants’ ingredient lists. Participants should be aware that, by joining the event, they may be risks of exposure to allergens.
Where can I find some inspiration for my dish?
Our Department event was inspired by the #BakeYourResearch phenomenon. You can search #BakeYourResearch for some creative inspiration. This article also provides a nice summary: https://www.atlasobscura.com/articles/bake-your-research.
