Bio: Wai Jia is an award-winning humanitarian doctor, keynote speaker, writer and global health expert who has consulted for international organizations such as the World Health Organization and UNICEF to impact vulnerable communities. She is a Risk Communication and Community Engagement specialist who equips communities with better health through data-driven health messaging. She is also the founder and CEO of Kitesong Global, an international non-profit that inspires youth to catalyze change to help the underserved. Selected for Forbes Asia’s inaugural 30 under 30 list as a “disruptor reshaping the world,” Wai Jia’s life of overcoming adversity and unrelenting passion inspires people to pursue their dreams with unabandoned fervor.
