About the Event

Purpose: Bringing together key stakeholders representing donors, scholars, UN agencies, and Afghan health leaders, the third session of the Afghanistan webinar series will delve into the issue of malnutrition in Afghanistan, discussing micronutrient-deficiencies, stunting/wasting, food security and the progresses made over the past two decades. Panelists will also debate current nutrition priorities, challenges, and opportunities to continue to protect the health and wellbeing of Afghan children, families, and communities.
