This interactive workshop will allow participants to identify current stressors experienced by Graduate Students and Post-Docs and learn how to manage stress in support of personal wellbeing. Workshop participants will examine physical, behavioral, emotional, and cognitive reactions to stress; share successful stress reduction strategies; and gain stress management techniques.
