Seyi Bolorunduro, MD, MPH, FACC, FSCAI is a cardiologist with expertise in coronary disease, peripheral arterial disease, clinical research and global health. He is an interventional cardiologist at NOVA cardiovascular care, with privileges at INOVA Fairfax hospital, Sentara Northern Virginia Medical center and Mary Washington Hospital.
He pursued a career in interventional cardiology as it allows him to combine direct one-on-one patient care with global health in a field that is the leading cause of mortality in the world. His goal is to help patients achieve optimal outcomes through state-of-the-art minimally invasive cardiac procedures and translate these outcomes globally through health systems strengthening and capacity development.
