This workshop will introduce participants to the Intercultural Development Inventory®, or IDI® and how the IDI® can be used to assess a group or organization’s overall approach to dealing with cultural differences and commonalities.

Participants will receive IDI® generated profiles of their individual and group intercultural effectiveness and cross-cultural adaptation. This session will explore how IDI® profiles can help identify cross-cultural goals and challenges, and provide valuable information regarding utilizing results to translate personal and professional goals into interculturally competent strategies across diverse groups. Participants will also have an opportunity to schedule a 1:1 session to debrief the results of their Individual Profile Report.
