The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in increasing mental health concerns that include conditions such as anxiety, depression, or insomnia. With particular emphasis on the family and youth, during this webinar, VALUE ambassadors and coordinators discuss how they have coped during the pandemic and describe some of the ways they have assisted others cope. Specific questions to be discussed include: How has COVID-19 impacted your family? How would you define your family (nuclear/immediate and or extended)? What influenced your ability to cope during the pandemic? What are some ways your family as a whole coped with COVID-19? Looking to the future, panelists will also discuss what the pandemic has taught us, what has been learned and what should be prioritized moving forward?
