Join the IDARE Office for an introductory workshop exploring unconscious bias and microaggressions.
Through a combination of didactic lecture, video clips, interactive exercises, and discussions, participants will learn more about unconscious bias and microaggressions, how they function in our everyday lives, and how they impact our decision-making. Most importantly, participants will be equipped with ways to respond to microaggressions as well as apply strategies for mitigating bias as a strategy to promote equity.
