Do you want to master the tools and frameworks needed to overcome change resistance and drive sustainable results at your organization and in resource limited settings?
Are you responsible for implementing a big initiative for your organization? Would you like to set an example of how to systematically and successfully lead change?
Introduces tools and frameworks necessary for leading, navigating, and managing change and change science. Trains public health leaders and managers to systematically mobilize resources, engage stakeholders, and create adaptive systems that can respond to evolving health challenges. Contributes to the strengthening of health systems in LMICs, fostering a generation of leaders who can drive meaningful and lasting change.
Learning Objectives
Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to:
- Introduce change concepts and change terminologies.
- Describe the science behind managing change and navigating resistance to change.
- Apply change management principles, frameworks, and tools to manage stakeholder expectations in resource limited settings.
- Create a change management plan for a resource limited setting.
