Exposes students to recent research in various areas of health economics and outcomes research. Prepares students for professional career development in the field.
Learning Objectives
Upon successfully completing this course, students will be able to:
  1. Identify the theoretical and empirical techniques of HEOR and their implications for health policy decisions
  2. Discuss the literature and describe relationships between HEOR and other areas within public health
  3. Facilitate the translation of HEOR research into policy and practice
