Published

On November 28, 2023, the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health celebrated six faculty members who have been named Bloomberg Centennial Professors: Mark J. Bittle, DrPH, MBA, FACHE, DrPH '06; David Celentano, ScD '77, MHS '75; Pamela Collins, MD, MPH; Marie Diener-West, PhD ’84; Keshia Pollack Porter, PhD '06, MPH, and Marsha Wills-Karp, PhD, MS.

The Bloomberg Centennial Professorships helped to ensure that all chairs at the Bloomberg School are fully endowed, recognizing the profound role that our chairs and program leaders play in the success of our School, as well as the many ways that their work is connected to the mission and vision of the Bloomberg American Health Initiative. This kind of funding is transformative for our leaders, providing them with greater flexibility, deeper resources, and more time to do the work that really matters.
