Philip Anglewicz is the William G. Robertson, Jr. Professor in Population and Family Planning, and an Associate Professor in the Population, Family and Reproductive Health (PFRH) Department at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where I serve as the Vice Chair for Research, and a Deputy Director of the WHGI. In my research, I examine demographic change in sub-Saharan Africa, with a particular focus on SRHR-related research. I am the Principal Investigator and Director of the Research Program for the Performance Monitoring for Action Platform (PMA), for which I have overseen the collection of longitudinal panel data in eight geographies in recent years. I have received support from a range of funding sources, like the National Institutes of Health, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, and UNFPA- among others; and have published extensively on SRHR-related topics.
