Accelerating Collaborations For Evaluation (Ace) Matching Service

ACE partners RWJF Evidence for Action applicants involved in community initiatives with researchers so they can build evidence to promote a Culture of Health.

 

Reverse Innovation & Community Engagement To Improve Quality Of Care & Patient Outcomes (Project Connect)

A randomized clinical trial conducted in East Baltimore to strengthen community-based organizations, improve communication, and improve the health of local residents.

 

 

Preventing Fall Related Injuries In Older Adults

Local Patient and Stakeholder Councils are designed to incorporate the perspective of patient and family lived experiences into study planning and implementation at each the clinical trial site.

 

Comparative Effectiveness Of Health System Vs. Multi-level Interventions To Reduce Hypertension Disparities

 The study uses patient and broad stakeholder engagement and applies principles of community-based participatory research to adapt materials to the needs of participating populations.
