Join the AFFIRME Program team for a dynamic symposium that elevates the role of community health workers in pediatric settings! Through interactive discussions, expert panels, and networking opportunities, we will share innovative strategies that tackle health inequities among pediatric patients and their families.

Community health workers are essential to advancing health equity. This symposium offers a unique platform to exchange ideas, share best practices, and forge collaborations aimed at improving health outcomes for families who face various health-related social needs. This event promises to offer inspiration, education, and actionable insights that will promote family and community empowerment.

We encourage all community health workers, families, healthcare professionals, public health practitioners, policymakers, and researchers who are passionate about family-centered approaches to addressing social risk factors to join us.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY JUNE 19TH!

Hosted by the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity and the AFFIRME Program Team.
