Changes and Updates for Progress Hub
Just under two years after its launch, the IGTC-supported Global Tobacco Control Progress Hub recently unveiled new features and additional data to provide more tools for global FCTC policy surveillance.
"The Progress Hub provides an expanded new window on the world of tobacco control monitoring and surveillance."

ASH Canada executive director Les Hagen announced the exciting changes during a September webinar that was introduced by IGTC director Joanna Cohen. Users now have access to a new “Meeting of the Parties dashboard” with country-level reporting data on illicit trade not previously available via the Progress Hub.
The updated platform now includes WHO datasets from 2022–23, offering the most currently available information, and provides access to more than 500,000 datapoints.
It also offers new functionality enabling users to download the data, allowing for deeper analysis.
The Progress Hub has already led to the creation of more than 30 WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control shadow reports, helping to advance tobacco control efforts across the globe.
