Screening

Exam Locations

Former Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and Sandia National Laboratories-Albuquerque (SNL-AL) workers are offered the choice to have their medical examination and testing performed at local clinics. 
To enroll in the program, call 1-877-500-8615 (toll-free) or 505-753-0193 (local), or email fwp@jh.edu.

Other Locations:

If you wish to participate in the program but do not live near the exam locations in New Mexico, you will be referred to the National Supplemental Screening Program (NSSP). 
The NSSP will arrange an examination at a participating clinic that is closest to you.
