About Us
The Bloomberg School of Public Health Former Worker Program and Queens College City University of New York Worker Health Protection Program work together to conduct a medical screening program for former workers at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) and Sandia National Laboratories-Albuquerque (SNL-AL) in New Mexico. The purpose of the program is to provide free medical evaluations to former workers who were exposed to hazardous substances during their employment at the laboratories. The program is trying to find out if the health of former workers was affected as a result of their past work.
The medical screening program examines and tests former LANL and SNL-AL workers for adverse health effects related to their work exposures.
