Leiyu Shi, Dr.PH, MBA, MPA
Dr. Leiyu Shi is the Professor of Health Services Research from Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health Department of Health Policy and Management. He is also Director of Johns Hopkins Primary Care Policy Center and the Director of Johns Hopkins Asia-Pacific Hospital Management and Leadership Research.
Dr. Shi serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal for Equity in Health. He is the author of ten textbooks and over 240 scientific journal articles. Thomson Reuters named him as among the top-cited and most influential scientists in the world in a decade in the area of Social Science general.
Ming Yen Cheung, MPH
Mr. Cheung graduated from Yale School of Public Health in Health Management and Policy. He has taken various roles at the hospitals, FQHC, healthcare foundation, and fortune 500 companies. Since 2008, Mr. Cheung has been working in China, providing consulting services to more than 20 hospitals and medical schools locally. He is experienced in hospital management, strategic planning, and community health internationally.
Haiqing Lan
Mrs. Lan is not only part of the senior management team of a distinguished corporation in China, but she is also the president of China Jinmao Charity Foundation. She has a deep understanding of the importance of education and healthcare infrastructure to the well-being of people in South East Asia.
Yingyao Chen
Professor Chen is the Vice Dean of Fudan University School of Public Health, the Director of Fudan University, Department of Hospital Management, and the Director of Key Lab of Health Technology Assessment Ministry of Health. Professor Chen is the author of 14 textbooks and over 150 scientific journal articles. He is responsible for multiple research projects funded by WHO, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation, and Shanghai Health Bureau.
Lei Xue
Professor Xue is the Vice Dean of the Institute for Hospital Management of Tsinghua University. He served as the Vice Dean of Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management. His research interests include health policy, healthcare strategy, and enterprise strategic management. He is also experienced in enterprise competition strategy, innovation strategy, entrepreneurship theory and practice and has many researches and works in these fields.
Qiang Zhang
Mr. Zhang holds positions at both the Bureau of Education and Tsinghua University while serving as the representative of Tsinghua University's enterprises. He has extensive experience in quality control and feasibility study of various academic degrees offered in China.
