On-Campus Open House 2024 Agenda

Visitors will spend the afternoon learning more about our unique School and addressing questions about our programs and degree options.
12:30 p .m. to 1 p.m. | Registration and Packet Pickup Gallery (E. Monument St.) |
1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. | Dean’s Welcome & Introduction to the School David Dowdy, MD, PhD '08, ScM '02,Executive Vice Dean for Academic Affairs Michael Ward, MEd, Associate Dean for Enrollment Management and Student Affairs |
1:30 p.m.to 2 p.m. | Explanation of Degree Programs Lauren Black, MSHE Director of Recruitment, Communications & Events |
1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. | Graduate Information Fair Visit with representatives from all ten Academic Departments, as well as the DrPH, MAPHB, MAS, MBE and MPH program offices. Light refreshments will be provided. |
1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. | Guided Building Tours Gallery Tours will leave periodically from the Registration Area in the Gallery beginning at 1:30pm. The last tour will leave at 2:30. |

3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. | Department/Program Breakout Sessions Our programs and department faculty, staff and students will be available during informal sessions to provide further information about the programs, research and concentration areas as well as address any specific questions related to the programs/departments (Room list will be shared at event) |

10:45 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. | Cultivating Community Hosted by the Office of Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism and Equity |
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | Department/Program Breakout Sessions Department and program faculty, staff and students will provide further information about the degrees, research and concentration areas and address specific questions related to the programs/departments below. Please note if you are interested in the MPH Program and have a specific department in mind, you should attend the MPH Breakout session to learn about the departmental concentration options. Links will be shared closer to the event with registrants for the department/program of interest to participate in the Zoom breakout session. You are welcome to go in and out of breakout sessions. |
