Hosted by the Institute for Global Tobacco Control (IGTC), the monthly Innovations in Tobacco Control lecture series welcomes key researchers and experts to share ideas, present their work, and spark discussion.

Presented via Zoom webinar, this virtual event welcomes Tuo-Yen Tseng, PhD, for a lecture entitled, “Capsule Cigarette Sales in Mexico, 2018–2021.”

The lecture will be followed by a brief moderated Q&A and a recording of the event will subsequently be posted to IGTC’s YouTube channel.

Tuo-Yen Tseng

Tuo-Yen Tseng, PhD

Tuo-Yen Tseng is an Assistant Scientist in the Department of Health, Behavior and Society at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She received her PhD from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and MA in Psychology from New York University. Tuo-Yen has over 15 years of experience working on research and interventions facilitating health behavior change, increasing treatment access and care quality, improving health equity, as well as evaluating and promoting health policy and guideline implementation, in both domestic and international settings. Her research utilizes qualitative and quantitative methods to investigate the impacts of social and environmental factors on health.
