Myanmar, also known as Burma, has suffered decades of repressive military rule and civil war with ethnic minority groups. More than 500,000 people have been displaced since the military coup last year. Displaced people’s severe lack of access to water, sanitation, and hygiene in Myanmar is life-threatening.
