Marita Golden Virtual Workshop - Part 2: Redefining Strength, Power, Health, and Healing

This session will focus on women’s mental health, a celebration of self, and emotional rejuvenation. We will discuss the power and meaning of Yes and No. How to say yes to what you need and what celebrates and restores you and discuss the mind/body connection what it is and what it means. This will be an interactive session with participants engaging in discussion and five-minute writing exercises. Participants will be limited to 75 people to ensure there is one-on-one engagement with the writer.
