Current federal labor regulations allow children as young as 10 years of age to be hired as agricultural workers; children of any age can work on farms operated by their relatives. This presentation uses qualitative and quantitative data collected with Latinx child farmworkers in North Carolina to describe the work organization and occupational injuries experienced by these child workers.
