Project Description

Breakthrough ACTION Nepal’s Local Systems Strengthening to Reduce Child, Early, and Forced Marriage (R-CEFM) project is designed to strengthen the institutional and technical capacity of the Government of Nepal in Madhesh Province to design, implement, monitor, evaluate, and coordinate effective social and behavior change (SBC) and child protection system strengthening activities to reduce child early forced marriage (CEFM). The project aims to address barriers related to R-CEFM through a community-based, multi-sectoral, and data-driven lens.

Scope of Work

The student will be responsible for analyzing qualitative data resulting from the collaborative monitoring of prototypes implemented by municipalities. Additionally, he/she will take charge of conducting data analysis and producing reports for the endline assessment of Organizational Social and Behavior Change (SBC) capacity. Furthermore, the student will play a role in assisting with the collection, analysis, and report writing for outcome harvesting, with a specific focus on qualitative insights. Additionally, he/she will supervise data collection for the survey team and ensure the quality of data analysis conducted by an external agency for the quantitative final project evaluation.

Costs of Living and Support
